Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

OAG (Omra AI Gateway) is a software platform that routes AI requests and integrates business tools. We operate at omra.pro. Contact: privacy@omra.pro.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data — email address, hashed password, company name.
  • OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens from Google, GitHub, GitLab, Yandex when you connect those services. Stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
  • Usage data — LLM token counts, request timestamps, model identifiers. Used for billing and analytics.
  • Message content — AI conversation threads associated with your account. Stored only to provide the service.
  • Integration data — CRM records fetched on your behalf from connected systems. We do not store CRM data beyond the current session cache.

3. How we use your data

  • Providing and improving the OAG platform.
  • Routing your requests to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) on your behalf.
  • Authenticating you with third-party services you connect.
  • Calculating usage-based billing.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

When you connect Google, GitHub, GitLab, or Yandex accounts, your OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database. We use these tokens only to make API calls on your behalf. You can disconnect any integration at any time from My Integrations.

Your prompts and messages are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.) as configured by your account. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@omra.pro. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect the integration.

6. Security

All sensitive credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Connections use TLS. We apply access controls so only you and your company members can access your data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@omra.pro.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
